Project Management

Project Management is an activity that occurs in many different contexts.  Accordingly, there are many basic tenets of project management that hold true in each situation.

Whether we are asked to manage a project or assist an organization with establishing its own project management framework, we hold true to these tenets in every situation.

The basis for our project management framework is well described through the Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK)©, the body of knowledge assembled and promoted by the Project Management Institute, an internationally recognized organization promoting standards for project management.

At Savvy, we have significant experience in the application and implementation of Project Management processes. As a result, we can either assume the role of Project Manager or mentor others as they take on the role themselves.
