The field of strategic planning is one that has existed in the business community for approximately two decades.  Much has been written about the need for strategic planning, techniques for strategic planning, tools for strategic planning and various other related topics.

Although many organizations "plan", what is lacking in many organizations is a proven framework upon which to build a plan, a clear knowledge of how to implement the plan, and an effective method by which to evaluate the success of the plan.

At Savvy, we are firm believers in the value of planning and are dedicated to ensuring organizations gain the full value from their strategic plans.
